This new construction scheduled to be finished in February 2025 has been thoughtfully designed to take advantage of the trade winds we get 330 days a year in Cabarete, so that there is air-flow and heat can escape the home. 🌬️Additionally, the designers have prioritized safety and resilience in the face of potential natural hazards like hurricanes or earthquakes by building a solid foundation of concrete, walls constructed from durable concrete blocks, and reinforced with ample steel rebar to guarantee a secure sanctuary, no matter the circumstances.

Walk in from the quiet residential road thru a private door to see the whole home on display.
